Journalists – both experienced and at the start of their careers – are invited to apply for the International Journalism MA at City University London. Places are available starting in September 2015.
The International Journalism MA is a one-year practice-based course in which you will develop skills in print, radio, TV and online journalism. You will learn to research and report as well as understand the global context of contemporary journalism.
The MA is notable for its:
Central London location. City is based in the heart of London’s media district, giving you unrivalled access to contact and internships.
Excellent graduate prospects. Alumni work in organisations such as Al Jazera, BBC, Thomson Reuters, Fox Sports. The Guardian, Associated Press and Sky News.
World-famous guest speakers. Recent contributors to the course have included Christina Lamb (The Sunday Times), American photojournalist Lynsey Addario, Ghaith Abdul-Ahad (The Guardian’s award-winning correspondent), Tom Standage (The Economist), Mark Davies (AP) and Milene Larsson (Vice).
