Dr Amina Salihu
Amina Salihu, PhD, is a Senior Program Officer with the MacArthur Foundation Africa Office, farmer, and feminist. Amina was a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Senior Special Assistant to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, and Coordinator, DFID/UKAid’s Coalitions for Change (C4C) Programme. She is a technical adviser to numerous governments, development partners, private sector and civil society organizations on the continent and globally. Amina is Chair, technical working group on gender, employment, and people with special needs, for the Nigeria Agenda 2050 project. She is a mentor, a keen volunteer, and loves to travel.
Tope Fasua
Tope Kolade Fasua is a businessman, economist, chartered forensic accountant and writer. Fasua has authored six books and is a columnist for several newspapers. He studied Economics at Ondo State University, where he successfully graduated and received awards for the best overall result in the department, faculty, and entire school in 1991. Tope Fasua was the presidential candidate on the platform of Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP) in the February 23, 2019, general elections.
Dike Chukwumerije
Dike Chukwumerije is a writer, author, performance poet, and public speaker. He is the CEO of Simply Poetry Ltd, a production company that uses poetry and theatre as a medium for engaging with socio-political discourse. He read Law at the University of Abuja and has a master’s degree in Law and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London.
Dr Ahmadu Shehu
Ahmadu Shehu is a product of Nomadic Education and the first nomad in Nigeria to obtain a PhD. He holds a PhD in linguistics from the University of Warsaw, Poland. He has nearly two decades of teaching experience at primary, secondary and university levels. Shehu is passionate about community development. He founded two non-governmental organisations that focus on education for underprivileged children and conflict resolution in Nigeria. He is currently an Assistant Professor of English and Literature at the American University of Nigeria, Yola, Adamawa State.
Chris Ngwodo
Chris Ngwodo is a writer, lawyer and consultant on political risk, governance, public policy, and communications. He straddles the realms of civil society and public service. For over a decade, he has been interrogating issues of political economy, conflict and security as a researcher, writer, and analyst. His work has focused on deepening official and popular understanding of the immediate and remote factors that drive conflict and insecurity and how they impact broader governance and development issues in Nigeria.
Majeed Dahiru
Majeed Dahiru is a researcher, writer, author, and columnist. He is the author of Lamentations (2007) and a weekly contributor to Daily Sun and Premium Times newspapers. He is a member of the editorial board of the National Pilot newspapers. Dahiru has carried out extensive research on religious, ethnic, and race relations in Africa and some of his works, which include ‘’Boko Haram is Not Islamic But Muslim’’ and “The Nigerian Nation As a Fact of Nature’’ have been published in reputable journals around the world. Dahiru, who is the founder of the Muslim Peace Initiative, serves as a Senior Advisor at the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation.

Maupe Ogun Yusuf, News Presenter/Co-Host of Channel TV’s Sunrise Daily
Maupe Ogun-Yusuf is a seasoned broadcast journalist, and an astute television producer. She is known for her work on ‘Hard Copy’ a frank discussion programme and ‘Sunrise Daily’, a breakfast programme which she co-anchors with three other colleagues.
Her career as a journalist has seen her conduct over 2500 interviews, host and moderate events including at the World Economic Forum, and Town-terviews for President Barack Obama and former US Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton.
Named as one of 25 most powerful women in journalism in 2020, Maupe is a recipient of the British Council UK Education Award for Professional Achievement (2016), The Future Awards Best 100 and The Sun Women Leadership Award.
She is happily married to Mohammed Yusuf and they have two lovely daughters.
