Nigeria needs major constitutional reform – Gov Seriake Dickson

The countryman governor of Bayelsa State, the Hon Seriake Dickson, was the keynote speaker and special guest of honour at the public presentation of the updated edition of the book, #WeAreAllBiafrans, on Friday, December 21, 2018, at Shehu Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja. He spoke on federalism and restructuring Nigeria and the need for a major constitutional reform in the country as way out of the current impasse.
